Severin KA 4817 Type filter coffee machine - Description

Bring an attractive splash of colour to your worktop with the Severin KA 4817 Type coffee machine, which pairs a striking finish with genuinely simple everyday use.

Key features

  • Eye-catching design – a coffee machine in an attractive colour for a modern kitchen accent
  • Quick brewing – an effective heating element of up to 1,000 W for fast, quiet coffee
  • Practical glass carafe – with a fresh-water scale and ergonomic handle
  • Comfortable swivel filter – removable 1 x 4 filter insert and drip stop for clean handling
  • Straightforward use – a water level gauge visible from both sides, automatic shut-off, and simple controls

Why it’s an easy machine to live with

Beyond the colour, which gives it a bit more personality than a plain black or white machine, the up to 1,000 W heating element means coffee is ready quickly without the machine running noisily in the background. The glass carafe’s fresh-water scale takes the guesswork out of filling, while the ergonomic handle keeps pouring comfortable.

The swivel filter with its removable 1 x 4 insert is easy to fill and just as easy to clean afterwards, and the drip stop lets you lift the carafe away mid-brew for an early cup without dripping onto the plate below. A water level gauge visible from both sides and an automatic shut-off round out a machine that’s genuinely simple to use day to day.

Technical highlights

  • Power: up to 1,000 W
  • Filter: swivel filter with removable 1 x 4 insert
  • Water gauge: visible from both sides
  • Automatic shut-off after brewing

Can I pour a cup before the whole pot has finished brewing? Yes – the drip stop holds back the coffee still filtering through, so you can remove the carafe partway through the cycle without making a mess.

This coffee machine is refurbished and tested for full function; it may show light cosmetic signs of previous use and/or a packaging that has been opened or damaged. It comes with a Min 12-month warranty, so there’s plenty of time to try it in your kitchen, and it’s More sustainable vs new.
