Migma GDR Soldibody Guitar 1950s 1960s - Description

Completely reworked Migma / Musima soldibody guitar from the late 1950s early 1960s.

I do not know the exact maker.

It plays like new and has its own sound. As this is a semi soldi construction, it also a very nice acoustic sound with lots of sustain. The neck has no trussrod but is still 100% straight after all this time.

Work done: new stainless steel frets, new bridge, tuners, wiring, covers etc, new custom pickup (my own weird design: a single coil with plenty of magnet and winds), original finish was refreshed with shellac, setup etc.

Specs: Nut width: 41,7 mmAction (low E string at 12th fret): 1,8 mm (0.10 strings)Weight: 2,28 kgScale: 640
