CNBINGO W1-D101 1-way smart touch dimmer switch - Description

Dim the lights instead of just flicking them on and off: the CNBINGO W1-D101 WiFi smart dimmer controls dimmable LED lighting by touch, app or voice command, with no separate smart-home hub involved.

Dim by touch, app or voice

The glass panel responds to a tap and can also be controlled through the Tuya “Smart Life” app, including schedules, timers and saved lighting scenes. If you’d rather speak than tap, the dimmer takes commands through Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, or IFTTT automations.

Built for LED lighting

The dimmer handles up to 500W of dimmable load per module and is designed specifically for LED-compatible fittings. A blue LED backlight in the roughly 4mm tempered-glass panel shows the current on/off state at any time.

Connects over 2.4GHz WiFi

The dimmer joins your home network over the 2.4GHz band. Once it’s set up, app control also works over mobile data, so you can adjust the lighting while you’re out.

An important installation note

A neutral wire is needed at the switch box for this dimmer to work. Worth checking before you buy, since it sets this smart dimmer apart from CNBINGO’s mechanical switches without WiFi.

What does day-to-day use look like? You set the dimmer up once in the Smart Life app, connect it to your 2.4GHz WiFi, then adjust brightness directly on the glass panel, via the app’s slider, or with a voice command — dimming the lights gradually for a more relaxed mood in the evening, for example.

The dimmer is also available in black, white, grey and gold finishes, so other CNBINGO devices from the same series can be added to match.

How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you want to return your product for any reason, you can return it free of charge within 30 days. To do so, contact our partner directly via your refurbed account and let them know that you would like to exchange or return your device. You will receive a free return label from our partner by email or in your refurbed account. Alternatively, you can contact our refurbed customer service. What are my warranty terms?
We offer a minimum 12‑month warranty on all refurbed CNBINGO W1-D101 1-way smart touch dimmer switch. This covers all/any technical defects that might occur during this period, and are not caused by your own fault.

Examples are:
- The device can no longer be switched on.
- The unit cannot find a network.
- The loudspeaker does not work.

The battery is also covered by the warranty. A distinction is made between wear and tear and technical defects. Technical defects are covered by the warranty and are characterised by abnormal behaviour. Abnormal behaviour could be, for example, that the device can only be charged up to 40%. Please note, your min. 12‑month warranty is refurbed's voluntary commercial promise to you. This does not impact your statutory consumer rights
