Late 1950s / early 1960s Arnold Hoyer Solist.
Besides the missing pickguard, this is in amazing condition: the neck is dead straight even under string tension and there is little scratches etc. in the varnish.
This is an all solid guitar with a spruce top and maple back & sides.
